Print FAQ

Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
Yes. Personalised canvas and framed prints ship worldwide where our printer can deliver. The United States, Canada and Australia pay in local currency (USD, CAD or AUD); other destinations are charged in USD. See the print policy for reprints and refunds. Standard and Express are quoted at checkout for your country. Order by Dec 10 for Christmas delivery.
Are the portraits good enough for a large print?
Yes. Each portrait is generated at high resolution and upscaled to print resolution before it goes to the lab, so canvas and framed sizes in the catalog meet our print DPI target.
Can I return a print?
Wall art is made from the portrait you approve, so we cannot take it back because you changed your mind or size. If it arrives damaged, defective, wrong, or is lost in transit, we reprint or refund it. See the print policy for details. Print policy
