What Face Data We Collect

When you upload photos to our service, we collect and process facial data from the images you provide. This includes:

• The complete uploaded photographs containing faces

How We Use Face Data

Third-Party Sharing of Face Data

Summary: We share face data with only two third parties: FAL.ai (temporary processing, no storage) and Firebase (secure long-term storage). We do not sell, rent, or share your face data with any other third parties. All third-party processors are bound by strict data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your face data for their own purposes.

Where Face Data is Stored

Your face data is stored in the following locations:

• Firebase Storage (Google Cloud Platform): Your uploaded photos and generated images are stored in secure cloud storage with encryption at rest and in transit. Storage locations are in Google's data centers, primarily in the United States and Europe.
• Temporary Processing: During photo generation, face data is temporarily processed on FAL.ai's secure servers and is immediately deleted upon completion.

Face Data Retention

We retain your face data according to the following schedule:

• Uploaded Photos: Stored in your account for as long as your account remains active. You can delete individual photos at any time from your account.
• Generated Images: Stored in your account indefinitely until you choose to delete them or close your account.
• Temporary Processing Data: Face data processed by FAL.ai is retained only during the generation process (typically 30-60 seconds) and is immediately deleted upon completion.
• Account Deletion: When you delete your account, all uploaded photos and generated images containing face data are permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.

Your Rights Regarding Face Data

You have the following rights concerning your face data:

• Delete any uploaded photo or generated image at any time
• Request complete deletion of your account and all associated face data
• Download all your photos and generated images
• Withdraw consent for face data processing by deleting your account
• Request information about how your face data has been used
